In the mood for gourmet pizza or authentic Thai food? The cuisine at Pickle Factory probably isn’t what you’d expect – but customers rave that the thin-crust pizzas with exotic specialty combinations of toppings are some of “the best pizza ever.” The 30A restaurant shares its name with its creator’s original Pickle Factory restaurant in Bangkok. After moving to Thailand, Jeffrey Fehr realized that he couldn’t find the kind of pickles he was craving – so he had to make his own.
